All of our products are proudly designed and made in California, USA.
Q: What does Stratiform Engineering do?
We design and manufacture in-house custom 3D-printed aerodynamic car parts and accessories ranging from aesthetic to functional components.
2. Products and Materials
Q: What materials are used for your 3D printed parts?
We use high-quality, automotive-grade materials such as PPA-CF, PAHT-CF, carbon fiber-infused filaments, and nylon, depending on the application.

Q: Can you create custom parts?
We are not taking requests for custom parts at the moment, but please do send us an email to inquire—we will review on a case-by-case basis and get back to you.
3. Shipping & Returns
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment during our initial launch. As we progress and grow, we will inform everyone via social media when we will start shipping internationally. Thank you for your patience.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most standard orders ship within 3-7 business days.
Q: What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products. Products that are used/installed on a vehicle are non-refundable.
4. Warranty
Q: Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer lifetime warranty on our products. Contact us via email with your order #, a description of the problem, detailed photos, and we will review on a case-by-case basis. If the product is deemed defective, we will send you instructions for the original product, then we will ship out a replacement product at no cost.
If you believe you received a defective product, contact us via email with your order # and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
